The beauty of every new beginning

Every new beginning it has to be exciting and fulfilling, in a way we have constantly the opportunity to restart, every morning. Starting the day with the right step it will help you to achieve more goals during the day and makes you feel more satisfy about your life. Take a look to the article and try to do something day by day, at least, you will experience for a while a Tycoon lifestyle.

1 have a breakfast and do physical activity

Eat enough calories, breakfast it’s important as the other meal of the day. If you are bored of the same food, take a look online for exceptional recipes. Sleep well is very important in order to start the day in the best way. If is possible you should awake without alarm, that means that you slept the perfect amount of time, around 7-8 hours. Find also your time to meditate, it helps for concentration and to keep it down your bad thoughts.

3 create a morning playlist

Music is so powerful, never undervalue it. A single shapes of sound can gives you a different point of view or either motivates you, choose songs able to open your mind. Youtube, Spotify and Soundcloud the best options. One of my favorite one is the best of Notorious BIG, to start like a gangsta rapper.

4 make a list of goals

People assimilate better what they see, ancient roman used to say “verba volant scripta manent”,Words come and go; only the written word remains. Work activity, personal development or even your date for a dinner, doesn’t matter what, those are things that needs to be done; so write it down… are not wasting your time, right? 

Google Tasks is one of the best free tools available that digitalizes your list and goals.

5 Read inspirational quotes

Staring at the wall while breakfast? Why not read some inspirational quotes…just reading sentence it can helps add optimism and purpose to the day. There are many app available, like Daily Quote, for IOS and Android. However, personally, I found easier to follow Instagram pages for this propose.

6 Bless your closet

Keep your wardrobe cozy, divide your clothes per colors and brand, groom your shoes often. Whatever you need to dress elegant for work or you can go out in streetwear, your appearance is important, makes you feel confident. Don’t wast your time to find a tee, organize yourself! Moreover , take your time to decide and wear something able to balance your mood.

Read a book to improve your abilities, live in a place with no mess, without put many efforts on it. For instance this is a bestseller of this genre: “An illustrate guide to the Japanese art of tidying you can find it on Amazon.

Now that you are ready, go out to conquer the world!
