However, we’ve discovered the opposite and wrote a list of the best design bags eco friendly. This Swiss company has a long reputation in sustainability, giving a new life to track tarps, bike wheels and seat belts. Born in 1993 has a wide offer of products, with 400 retailers worldwide. The main feature of Freitag is the uniqueness of every pieces. Prices are quite high (up to 760€) if compared with a normal bag, but here you have the expertise of a pioneer.
Patagonia

Freitag has a cool offer for the urban lifestyle, however even though these backpacks are very resistant aren’t projected for technical’s purposes. If you are looking for a bag to use for trekking but also for everyday life, you may consider Patagonia. On their website they keep track of their impact, explaining which materials they use and what are they doing to help the planet. Prices are on average and there are many models available. It represents the right choice for those who are looking for something more classic.
The North Face & RÆBURN
North face has recently released a collection composed of a drawstring pack, a tote bag, and a carry bag, all made out of recycled tents. Made in collaboration with Christopher Raeburn, these bags are really durable but also stylish. Each bag is made using different tents part, making every item unique. Prices are 90€, 110€ and 150€ according to the model, a very interesting proposal.

Used2B is a dutch company that applies the same philosophy of Freitag, re-using discarded cement packaging, old tea sacks, inner tubes and life jackets. This is the concept of the Italian Design Paolo Ferrari. All the bags are made with recycled industrial products, in particular with seat belts. What makes 595 stand from the crowd is the original design and the home collection, with vases and boxes useful and eco friendly.
